Introduction
Southern City BMX Club is Tasmania's only southern BMX club and has recently relocated from the Northern Suburbs of Hobart to Sorell. Our club has just under 130 members, and we have riders aged from 2 years old through to 60+ years, making our sport one of the most inclusive sports available.
The club is run 100% by volunteers and its’ success only comes from the hard work and dedication that our volunteers put into it.

The Clash 4 Cash event is our pinnacle yearly Club event and normally attracts around 120 riders. This year we will be hosting the event on 20th September, the day after we host the Tasmanian State Titles.
Riders aged 7 and under all receive a participation trophy and riders aged 8 and over compete for prize money.
The event in considered to be one of the must attend events in the Tasmanian BMX community attracting riders statewide, and also entices interstate riders.
Sponsors
To maintain our track and to run successful events with a club of our size it’s not possible without the help of sponsors. With that in mind we are reaching out to businesses like yourself to come onboard to not only receive great exposure with people from all over Australia, but to also help at a community level to ensure the success and survival of our club for years to come.
Available for your consideration are four different levels of Club sponsorship relating to Clash 4 Cash and Auscycling Tasmania State Events.

Your sponsorship will be used towards prize money or trophies for the sponsored events and towards the club.
Money used towards the club will be used to maintain and improve our track and facilities including. Funds will be used to aid the purchase of racing helmets, gloves and pants which the club then allow riders to borrow on ‘Come and Try’ days (these are open days where the public is invited to come and try BMX, and hopefully join up) and also allows for participation for those who cannot afford the compulsory safety gear.

Class Sponsorship
With our naming right sponsorship agreement, the Clash 4 Cash event will be marketed as
“{Your Business Name} Clash 4 Cash presented by Southern City BMX Club” - or a name of your choosing.
You will also be named as a sponsor for round 3 & 6 of the 2026 Auscycling Tasmania State Series + a sponsor of the Tasmanian State titles which we will be hosting this year
This level of sponsorship will include the following:

Class Sponsorship
We have two Gold Level Superclass Club Sponsorship packages available for our Men’s and Women’s class. These classes are for our elite athletes and are the principal events of the day at the Clash 4 Cash and State events.
This level of sponsorship will include the following:

We have two Silver Level Junior Superclass Club Sponsorship packages available for our Boys or Girls class. This class is for our elite junior athletes aged 14 to 16.
This level of sponsorship will include the following:

Athletes in these Clash 4 Cash classes will be competing for a prize pool in each male and female Age class or for participation awards for all 7 years and under classes.
This level of sponsorship will include the following:
